How to Integrate HubSpot With Survey Maker
ProProfs Survey Maker enables you to capture learners' information, such as their name and email, and automatically adds it as a lead in HubSpot. You can then send the captured data to various lists in your HubSpot account.
By integrating Hubspot with a survey maker, you can:
1. View responses to your survey without leaving the HubSpot CRM.
2. Segment the collected data based on the nature of responses.
To set up this integration:
Step 1: In your ProProfs Survey Maker account,
Move your cursor to the survey you want to use for lead generation
Click on the Three Dots or the Kebab Menu icon
Click on 'Settings'
Navigate to 'Integrations'
Step 2: Under Integrations,
Scroll down to locate HubSpot
Click to enable the integration.
A new pop-up window opens, enter the API key and click 'Next.'
Step 3: In the next pop-up, you will see two drop-down menus:
Select List: In this drop-down, you can select the contact list to add the survey taker's data.
Contact: The contact drop-down has two options: Create and Update.
'Create' adds the survey taker's credentials as a new contact.
Whereas 'Update' checks if the survey taker already exists in your contact lists, and if they do, their credentials are simply updated. If they don't, their credentials are added as a new contact.
Step 4: Your Hubspot Integration with ProProfs Survey Maker is successful. Click 'Close' to complete the process.
